**Job Description Summary**: As related customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Management of projects with severe financial, technical and commercial risk
- Plan & follow procurement & delivery in coordination with procurement department.
- Support procurement department in supplier relationship & conflict management.
- Evaluate quality of deliveries: on-time deliveries, quality of products supplied, quality of services supplied (documentation )
- Define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
- Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Mentor more junior team members and share knowledge.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 15 year working experience in Project Management in Saudi Market
- Minimum 15 year working as a Senior Project Manager / Director or similar position
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering and must register in Saudi Consulate of Engineering (SCE).
- Significant experience in the Project Management, P&L objectives
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and Arabic languages
- Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
- Experience in 132kv and 380kV S/s, HVDC, STATCOM, solar system projects
- PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.
- Oversee manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments.
- Built excellent relationship with customers in Saudi Market.
- Identify and target areas in which a business can improve operation.
- Develop and monitor revenue margins, operating expenses, and budgets in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer.
- Excellent facilitation skills with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groups.
- Responsible that EHS & quality requirements are followed by the Grid Teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure site quality plan and commissioning procedure are followed.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- Analytical skills
- Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium periods and to travel world-wide.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies.
- Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groups.
