In the role of Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and providing financial analysis to ensure successful project delivery. **Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cost estimation techniques and construction best practices.
- Proficiency in using cost management and software.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of construction is a plus.
- Implement cost engineering strategies and systems to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project teams.
- Provide cost engineering expertise in risk management and contingency planning
- Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that cost engineering activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Prepare cost reports for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights into cost performance.
- Develop project status reports and presentations.
- Implement cost engineering strategies and systems to optimize project costs and timelines
- Participate in the development of cost reduction initiatives and make recommendations to project teams
- Relevant Experience in managing complex projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any related field.
