**Who are we looking for?****:
We are looking for a Catalyst Development Engineer with work experience in the petrochemical industry.

**Qualifications**:

- University level (MSc or PhD) in chemistry or catalysis related to polyolefin production. Previous work experience in the petrochemical industry a plus.

**Duties and **responsibilities**
***:

- Enhance the knowledge on polymerization catalysis and its link to material properties and process operations
- Work in a multidisciplinary setting within the Technology & Innovation organization where you will collaborate with different disciplines (business, manufacturing, market-facing organizations), where project approval, execution and implementation need to be secured.
- Define, execute and manage development projects. You have to align goals and priorities and identify the activities and resources needed to achieve these goals.
- Develop and communicate a vision of new developments in polyolefin catalyst technologies.
- Assess competitor landscape and define gaps and opportunities to improve our product portfolio.
- Support implementations of new catalyst solutions in commercial assets
- Translate business and/or T&I strategy into plans
- Keep the scientific standards of the reports

2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.
