**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure they are performed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
