As a Plant Finance Manager, you will drive the optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Supporting site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
  • Owning P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
  • Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
  • Handling communication to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
  • Providing services to the function or directly to the business.
  • Handling the department work guided by procedures.
  • Working on Plant monthly, quarterly and annual Mfg. financials survey to Singapore Government authorities.
  • Handling Singapore government Economic development board (EDB) request to protect investment.
  • Ensuring Plant property and other taxes benefits are maximized.
  • Supporting statutory and internal audits assignments

To be successful in this role you will

  • Have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance (or a high school diploma / GED).
  • Have a relevant experience in Manufacturing Operations or Cost accounting or controllership (EFO).
  • Have an effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have a proven effective problem identification and solution skills, analytical and organizational ability.
