**Job Position: Project Manager (HCIS)**

**Reporting to**: Project Director

**Key Authorities**:

- Day to day operations of the project, management of team and fulfill of the requirements of customer.
- Ensures the compliance of quality, health, safety and environmental management of the organization.

**Experience**:

- 15+ years’ experience in mega projects within the oil and gas, telecommunications, and security industries.
- HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) experience is highly preferred..
- ARAMCO experience is highly preferred.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. PM should have a deep understanding of project management principles and best practices, as well as the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- PM will play a critical role in the success of organizations by leading and managing complex projects as per required schedule.

**Detailed Responsibilities of a Project Manager**
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Identify and manage risks
- Secure and manage resources
- Track and report on project progress
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies and standards
- Mentoring and coaching project managers
- Participating in business development activities
- Leading process improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications of the Project Manager**
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in mega projects for oil and gas, telecommunications, security industries
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of project management software and tools

Pay: From ﷼14,000.00 per month
