**Job Purpose**

The Marketing Executives plans and execute advertising campaigns as part of an in-house marketing team that handles customer outreach for a range of brands. He or she execute the advertising campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration and achieving the overall business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Create an overall brand identity for brands.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans, strategies, and budgets collaborating with the Marketing team and Growth team.
- Consistently managing and overseeing advertising campaigns to ensure they’re engaging customers and bringing in results
- Analyze results from all campaigns to determine success rate and work on improvements for the succeeding campaigns
- Leading brainstorming sessions with marketing and growth team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements
- Create and execute media buying plans for brands
- Work in coordination internally with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer, Food Stylist and procurement team for design, creatives, photoshoots and packaging
- Coordinate with country managers from Lithuania, Belgium, USA and KSA to provide marketing-related support.
- Coordinate with all third party agencies for all marketing-related campaigns, set up and execution.
- Any Other Jobs as per the Operation’s requirement

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree a plus

**Experience**
- 2+ years experience in advertising and communications
- In-depth understanding of common marketing and advertising best practices
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning and execution.

**Skills**
- Effective communication skills: writing, speaking, active listening and presenting
- Multitasking and time management skills that allow to work on several campaigns
- Collaboration skills when working on projects with other departments

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- F&B: 2 years (preferred)
