Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and surveyors to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and provide technical insights.
- Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, utilities, and drainage systems.
- Analyze project site conditions, environmental impact, and regulatory requirements to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling to ensure structural integrity and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in civil engineering practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety within the engineering team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineer, with a track record of successful project management.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and tools, as well as AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental considerations.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Experience with infrastructure design, site development, and construction management is advantageous.
