Join our Services_EMEA team within Services division in Saudi Arabia as Field service engineer to help us take Field service engineer to the next level.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Comply to safety requirements
- Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to agreed on-site scopes of work.
- Assist the Field Service Manager in compiling on-site Risk Assessments for nominated scopes of work.
- Lead and supervise on-site repair teams during client outages / repair scopes of work.
- Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation and commissioning activities to the business.
- Compilation of regular site reports in line with guidelines.
- Perform On Job Training, mentoring and assessment (in area of expertise) of junior technicians to support the competence development programs.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Customer service skills

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Experience of assembly, operation and testing of pumps and associated rotating equipment.
- Experience of installation and commissioning activity within a contracting environment.
- Supervisory experience
- General computer skills
