**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Project Lead** to oversee and manage critical projects while serving as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate and align with internal teams to ensure clarity in project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in internal company operations and administrative tasks to support overall efficiency.
- **RFP and SOW Management**: Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and manage Scope of Work (SOWs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- **Timeline Creation**: Develop detailed project timelines, track milestones, and ensure all team members stay on schedule.
- **Reporting**: Produce comprehensive project and company reports, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.
- **Budget and Financial Management**: Monitor project budgets, conduct financial reviews, and ensure cost control.
- **Presentations and Submissions**: Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality presentations and project submissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- PMP Certificate
