**As a UX Researcher, you will be tasked to**:

- Collaborate with tech, business, operations and product teams to identify research questions, validate assumptions and outline product goals
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to form a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, pain points and opportunities
- Plan, design and lead research activities using a variety of methodologies including: in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, field/ethnographic research, comparative/competitive analysis, heuristic analysis, card sorting activities, site analytics and content audits/analysis
- Ensure that the customer’s needs and wants are understood and considered throughout the development process
- Create actionable deliverables including research reports, personas and customer journeys
- Shape engagement by translating insights into creative ideation, make strategic and creative leaps from data-led insights and move projects forward by initiating collaboration
- Collaborate with wider team to outline research sprints and define key checkpoints of where research, testing, and feedback is completed, communicated, and integrated into design sprints
- Become an expert in new technologies, trends, and consumer behaviors to help make marketing and product strategy recommendations
- Build out foundational and reusable desk research of industry trends, and support new business generation.
- Give input on the planning and estimation of scope/resources on projects which include a research element.
- Build out a framework for research that can be utilized by other disciplines, to help scope and design projects.
- You can fluently communicate in Arabic and English
- You have a track record of assuming the responsibility of UX Research tasks
- You are a researcher who also likes to uncover challenges, analyze problems and help design solutions to the pain points you uncover
