Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Design Manager - Landscape & Public Realm **to join our team In this role you will be responsible for the full operations of the landscape design team including: prioritisation and delegation of design office duties and preparation of design solutions, development and production from concept to final design/tender packages and written, graphical and official presentation of all design works to the client.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Preparation, design and presentation of high quality landscape concept proposals, drawings and powerpoint presentations to clients.
- Preparation of technical design packages through to tender.
- Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific landscape issues as required by clients.
- Management of contract administration of projects.
- Lead and liaison with senior, mid-level and junior landscape staff and plan, program and delegate within the landscape design team structure.
- Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as quantity surveyors, costing and planning engineers, civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, architects, etc.
- Represenatation of Parsons’s landscape design team at all official presentations and functions.
- High level liaison and coordination with Clients and Client’s representatives.
- Preparation of contracts within budget requirements and provision of accurate costing information to the client or quantity surveyors.
- Development of landscape maintenance plans for completed sites.
- Communciation and meetings with contractors, manufacturers and other professional representatives and organisations to keep abreast of project developments, standards and modern technologies.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Landscpae Architecture (or equivalent) with 20+ years overall postgraduate experience, a minimum of 5 years in the GCC, with the last 6 years as a Project Manager with the following:

- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to identify potential problems and be able to successfully and productively resolve problems or propose solutions
- Ability to demonstrate time management skills, and alignments of projects objectives
- Sound Knowledge of Works Programme build up, components, critical path review & analysis
- Analytical & numerate skills
- Team building, ability to motivate and to work well within large team and show leadership skills.
- Very good reporting skills.
- Having worked in reputable projects during the Construction phase tocompletion.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other project management’s team members

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Professional registration is required.
- Knowledge of accessibility, building codes, and technical requirements in hospitality architecture and design industry
