AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Demand/Lead Generation Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads through various channels, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective lead generation strategies to nurture prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. **Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential leads using various online platforms, databases, and industry resources.

- Track leads and campaign performance using CRM software, providing regular updates and insights.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or sales support.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and generate insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated to achieve goals.
- Interest in technology and familiarity with IT solutions is a plus.
