We are seeking a proactive individual who will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Senior, the Senior Management Team and Senior Teaching Staff. This role will also have the overall responsibilities for examinations within the DQ Campus.

The British International School Riyadh (BISR) is an extremely well-regarded not-for-profit, co-educational school in the Middle East, catering for students aged 3-18 across its existing five campuses, providing high quality education to the expatriate community since 1979. We are seeking a proactive individual who will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Senior, the Senior Management Team and Senior Teaching Staff. This role will also have the overall responsibilities for examinations within the DQ Campus. The standard working hours for an administrative role are 7:45am to 4pm, 5 days a week - Sunday to Thursday. However, this role will require flexibility around the standard working hours, specifically when the exams cycle commences.

- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role (secretarial, administrative and managing the school’s external examinations, ensuring that all entries are made, guidelines adhered to and results distributed).
- Show evidence of knowledge and experience of administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Show indication of being able to communicate effectively with examination boards, parents, students and staff;
- Be proactive in providing general office support under the direction of the Head of Senior School.
- Go the extra mile, ensuring service level delivery is met.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.

**Qualifications**
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Certificate of Education - PGCE or B.Ed.
- Training or qualification relevant to the post.
