**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant majors
- Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP) is desirable
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong track record of delivering banking system projects on time and within budget
- Capable to interact with business partners and multiple internal and external teams
- Experience in dealing with customers at senior and management level
- Strong IT consulting / project management experience and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of business and IT project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, RAD, OOM, SSADM, etc.)
- Excellent leadership skills in leading large project teams
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (speaking only)
- Enable international travel
