Develop Predictive Maintenance (Condition Monitoring) strategy, process, and procedures programs to be the comprehensive guide for the plants.
- Manage vibration and thermographic data, as well as other condition monitoring parameters for rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, compressor, turbine, etc.) as well as static plant, and provide diagnoses and recommendations.
- Support plants as needed by carry out vibration analysis on rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, compressor, turbine, etc.), vibration monitoring systems using diagnostic software or using various diagnostic software.
- Generate periodical survey report and oversee corrective/preventive maintenance activities as required.
- Coordinate data collection and Predictive Maintenance evaluation as required and provide feedback to optimize condition monitoring plans.
- Develop additional Condition Monitoring & NDT programs such as Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasound based Lubrication and Greasing programs, Motor Current Signature Analysis for systems wherever applicable.
- Provide necessary alignment, balancing support during emergency and scheduled outages of the plant.
- Assess the spares status of all diagnostic instruments on routine basis and estimate spares requirement.
- Carryout equipment performance analysis (from condition monitoring point of view) and check for equipment deterioration and their causes and recommend the solutions.
- Engage in studies such as FMEA, RCA whenever required.
- Ensures that report is clearly specifying recommended corrective action and timeline for the corrective actions.
- Keeps a track of “Equipment under Alert” list for assigned plant area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.

Continuous Improvement
- Prepare a report for Engineering head listing down all significant events or concerns as related to plants reliability and condition monitoring activities with recommendations to solve observed issues.
- Contribute with new ideas and suggestions in-line with the organization’s standards. Suggest Digitization areas.
- Evaluate new technologies and automation solutions that can enhance process efficiency and overall performance.
- Health, Safety, Security & Environment
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Related Assignment
- Perform any other duties which line manager may require to be carried out.
