The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the digital transformation of construction-related functions. While a third-party vendor will handle the design and implementation, this individual will be responsible for managing the project, ensuring the selection of appropriate tools, and facilitating seamless integration across eight key functions: Portfolio & Project Planning, Document Management, Asset Management, Cost Estimation & Control, Quality Management, Risk Management, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Business Intelligence & Visualizations for construction projects.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Oversee the implementation of IT systems within the PMO, ensuring alignment with both project and program management objectives to support strategic goals.
- Manage the digitization of key processes and procedures within the Programs and Projects Sector, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and ensure transparency across all activities.
- Implement digital platforms and collaborative tools, including project management and data management systems, to optimize the PMO’s ability to deliver projects effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration of new IT systems with existing PMO tools and workflows, facilitating smooth transitions and enhancing overall project execution.
- Develop and maintain a digital transformation roadmap for the PMO, focusing on scalability, flexibility, and delivering long-term value to the organization.
- Monitor the performance and utilization of digital systems within the PMO to ensure they meet the evolving requirements of both the PMO and its stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PMO stakeholders to identify system requirements, align expectations, and communicate progress on digital initiatives that improve project delivery outcomes.
- Lead the standardization of digital tools and platforms across the PMO to ensure consistent project reporting, data management, and adherence to best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance the PMO’s ability to manage projects efficiently, focusing on project tracking, resource management, and collaboration.
- Ensure that all digital solutions within the PMO comply with relevant industry standards, governance frameworks, and organizational policies, contributing to high standards of accountability and performance

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related management field, or equivalent.
- 10 years' experience in IT architecture, system implementation, or digital transformation for projects and programs, ideally within the Construction or similar industry.
- Extensive experience in leading or executing IT system implementations and enterprise-level project controls elements.
- Ability to think strategically, identify new opportunities, and create innovative approaches to technology-driven solutions for business challenges.
- Advanced knowledge and extensive experience working with enterprise systems such as Primavera P6, MS Office, and other project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in high-demand environments.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage.
- Strong understanding of standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and compliance standards related to IT systems and digital transformation.
