**What You Will Do**:
The "Data Analyst" will report to the Client Support Manager and will primarily join our Support team to assist users by interpreting data and transforming it into valuable insights that drive decision-making and strategy for all RLD products. This role involves working directly with customers and partners, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders, to understand business needs and develop data models that facilitate operational analysis and informed decision-making.

A crucial part of the role is to being able to:

- **Data Collection and Cleaning**:

- Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data sources.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Use statistical tools and software (such as SQL, MySQL, Excel, Python, R) to analyze data sets.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- **Reporting and Visualization**:

- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Yellowfinetc.) to present data insights.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Help Customer Creating Reports in the offered Solution (RLDatix Applications)
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and IT staff to improve data infrastructure and processes.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and address business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making.

- **Education and Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, healthcare information system, any other related degree).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Certifications or training in data analytics can be advantageous.
