- Hays are currently working with a PIF Mega Development project in Saudi Arabia and they are looking for a high calibre Real Estate Investment Professional to join their operations. The position is based in Riyadh and with report directly to the Executive Investment Director and will be a leading role in the team.Responsibiltiies will include:
- Play a key role in the direction and execution of the organisations investment strategy and be intimately involved in the debt and equity capital markets.
- Overseeing the production of investment proposals and preparation of investment recommendations to board of directors or relevant parties
- Develop and Implement the roadmap for investment, business development and capital markets
- Working with the Executive Director to lead the transacation process, negotiations, proposals and execution of transactions
- Representing the company in various forums such as meetings, tradeshows, conventions, conferences and also building and maintaining strong relationships with market participants
- Managing and developing junior staff
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics from a top tier University
- MBA or CFA preferred
- 12+ years of Real Estate Investment Experience
- Middle East experience preferred
Salary range: USD 190,000 to 215,000 per year.
