**Role Summary**:
Oversees filing and packaging operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, accurate documentation, and timely production. Leads team performance and machine efficiency improvements through monitoring system and staff training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs in line clearance of the lines responsible for.
- Performs in process checks in lines responsible for.
- Perform another task as instructed by Sr. supervisor.
- Perform area document review.
- Perform end lines and product reconciliation on time.
- Perform trainee for her team or any employee work on the line.
- Supervise the operations of filling and packaging products from A to Z by following all SOP related to the process.
- Supervise the team quality & quantity, way of work, displacing & punctuality.
- Maintains GMP and discipline on the line.
- Monitor machine efficiency through OEE system and find improvement solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Saudi National is preferable.
- Fresh Graduate with a bachelor's in industrial engineering, sciences, business administration or equivalent technical degree.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English language.
- Very good at multitasking, flexible in handling challenges, and able to work well under pressure.
