Develop and maintain the Security Management System for Middle East Security and handle the security risk assessment, security training/awareness and act as a security Subject Matter Expert for all other activities.

**Duties**:

- Develop all management system documentation including written instruction, guidelines, procedures, policies, plans and any other required document and ensure effective implementation.
- Design On-Job-Training program for all security personnel to enhance the working skills, and competencies for security personnel and help in designing programs aimed at promoting and raising general awareness and understanding of security related policies and procedures.
- Carries out security performance assessment and audit reviews for the security functions.
- Carries out security risk assessments and analyze security incident statistics, nonconformities, observations, risks, vulnerability and identifying trends and recommend improvement plans.
- Review security plans, drawings, design, systems and equipments and provide technical evaluation assessment.
- Interact with internal and external parties for security requirements and support when required.
- When assigned, handle investigation activities and provide preliminary and final reports with action and recommendations.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested or assigned by the immediate manager.

**Requirements**:

- EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- EXPERIENCE:
Six plus (6+) years in security related role.
- LANGUAGE:
Excellent command of oral and written English is required.

Incident Investigation Training
