Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Associate Director - Infrastructure, where you will play a vital role in leading the development and management of infrastructure projects to support our ambitious vision of creating an iconic entertainment and cultural destination. In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of various infrastructure initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall master plan and operational requirements of the gigaproject.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and execution of critical infrastructure projects including transportation, utilities, and technology systems, ensuring alignment with the overall master plan.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and governmental entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Work to identify innovative solutions and best practices in infrastructure delivery, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement infrastructure policies and procedures, ensuring effective governance and risk management.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the lifecycle of the infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, project management, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure planning and design principles, along with relevant local regulations and standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the entertainment or real estate sector.
