**المهام والمسؤوليات**:

- تحضير وتجهيز الأطباق وفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة وتحت إشراف الشيف التنفيذي.
- تقديم الدعم اللازم لفريق الطهاة في جميع مراحل الطهي.
- متابعة تجهيزات المطبخ وضمان الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والسلامة.
- المساهمة في تطوير الأطباق وتحسين الوصفات لتحقيق التميز في النكهة والتقديم.
- مراقبة سير العمل في المطبخ لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية وضمان سرعة الخدمة.
- القدرة علي تجهيز اكثر من 100 طلب باليوم
- القدرة علي ادارة فريق عمل

**المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة**:

- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئة مطاعم فاخرة أو فنادق.
- معرفة شاملة بفنون الطهي وأحدث الاتجاهات في مجال الأطعمة.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وفي بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- شهادة معتمدة في فنون الطهي أو مجال ذي صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الالتزام بالعمل بروح الفريق والمساهمة في خلق بيئة عمل إيجابية.

Our company is pleased to announce the opening of a **Demi Chef** position to join our distinguished culinary team. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual with experience in supporting us to deliver a luxurious dining experience to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the highest quality standards under the supervision of the Executive Chef.

Provide necessary support to the kitchen team throughout all stages of food preparation.

Oversee kitchen preparations and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Contribute to the development of dishes and improvement of recipes to achieve excellence in flavor and presentation.

Monitor kitchen operations to ensure adherence to schedules and efficient service delivery.

Ability to prepare over 100 orders per day.

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.

Comprehensive knowledge of culinary arts and the latest trends in the food industry.

Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

A certified qualification in culinary arts or a related field is an added advantage.
