**Work Location**: Rotation in Saudi Arabia.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities, progress, and challenges.
- Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations for construction improvements.
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to minimize workplace hazards.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project planning.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- + 7 years of experience as a civil site engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.
