We are looking for an experienced **Legal Counsel**.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a wide range of legal support to upper management on a daily basis
- Draft (in both Arabic and English) a wide variety of legal documents such as contracts, letters, statements, agreements, etc.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and update upper management on any compliance-related issues
- Prepare and file legal documents (e.g., suits, appeals, notices, deeds)
- Handle and assist in legal queries, advisory work, litigation, IP, regulatory compliance, and privacy-related matters
- Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years demonstrated work experience at a law firm and/or inhouse counsel
- University degree in law (LLB) or a Juris Doctor degree (JD)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly word processing programs and dual/bilingual word documents
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
