At Glinks, we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated & compassionate **Student Counsellor** looking to join our counselling department in **RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA.** The responsibilities of the student counsellor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counselling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning with accurate information.
- Provide students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counselling to suit their skills.
- Understand the requirements of each lead enquiry through a thorough fact-finding mechanism.
- Generate leads for potential students & build a pipeline of future business.
- Call potential customers on regular basis to generate business
- Conduct & attend events (Online as well as in person) to interact with potential customers.
- Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
- Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students
- Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company
- Analyse the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree in counselling.
- Master's degree in counselling may be advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-3 years professional counselling experience, preferably in an educational field.
- Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
- Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and mediation skills.

**Locations **- RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA

**Availability **- 2-4 weeks
