**Responsibilities**:

- Operate cranes in a safe, efficient, and effective manner
- Perform routine safety checks on all equipment used on job sites
- Follow all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Ensure proper rigging and lifting techniques are used
- Work closely with the crane crew to ensure safe and effective operations
- Perform basic maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate clearly with other crew members and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a crane operator
- Must be licensed and certified to operate cranes
- Must have an understanding of industry safety requirements and regulations
- Must have knowledge of proper rigging and lifting techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and inspections on equipment
