**WAT ZAL JE DOEN?**:
- Als hoofd van een ploeg lokale mechaniekers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inspectie, preventief onderhoud en herstellingen van al ons heavy earthmoving equipment, gestationneerd in Abu Dhabi. (regelmatige bezoeken binnen de GCC)
- Je bent de schakel tussen de back office (aankopers, admin, logistiek, ) en het team van lokale mechaniekers on site.
- Je rapporteert aan de Workshop Manager.
**WIE ZOEKEN WE?**:
- Je hebt minstens een **A2 **diploma** (auto)mechanica** of bent **gelijkwaardig door ervaring**.
- Je hebt **minstens 5 jaar ervaring** als technieker, bij voorkeur met zwaar rollend materieel.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met elektrische en hydraulische schema’s lezen voor foutopsporing.
- Je spreekt vlot Engels.
- Je kan een internationaal team motiveren, aansturen en efficiënt leren werken.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, flexibel en volhardt altijd in het zoeken naar een technische oplossing.
- Je bent bereid om naar het** buitenland **te verhuizen voor langere tijd.
- We zoeken iemand die internationale ervaring heeft op grote internationale projecten of mining.
