**Job Overview**: The Junior Copywriter will be expected to writes promotional content for online material such as PNs, captions, scripts, and announcements. The ultimate goal of a Junior Copywriter is to help ToYou’s Brand team in the creation of engaging content for the purpose of increasing its brand awareness internally and externally.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Should understand, follow, and implement ToYou’s communication strategy and TOV in all the produced content material.
- The Junior Copywriter is expected is to follow and evolve all brand policies, process, and procedures.
- Writing and proofreading blog posts/articles about the services and products of our company.
- Communicate with various departments within ToYou and facilitate requests.
- Attentive, proactive not reactive, and willing to learn and implement new learn methods, means, and programs.
- Creating promotional content for social networks (e.g. online ads, PNs, and banners)
- Conducting basic SEO and keyword research.
- Learning about the features of the company’s products.
- Coordinating with designers for complementing text with graphics, charts, and images, as needed.
- Submitting well-structured and comprehensive drafts to editors and senior copywriters within deadlines.
- Updating existing content and blogs on the company’s App.
- Ensure the implementation of ToYou’s identity and tone of voice in all written material wither addressing B2B or B2C.
- Able to evolve and showcase ToYou’s brand values in all written material.
- Contributes and initiates new ideas, loves to learn, and strives to uplift all written material released by ToYou.
- Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Journalism, Communication, Marketing or any related discipline

Minimum Experience:

- 1-2 years relevant experience in Copywriting.

**Language**:

- Arabic: Native
- English: Advanced
