The opportunity
Project: This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.
Mace are currently providing the programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing project cost control data structures to accurately track and control actual costs.
- Establishing and setting the project control budget aligned with agreed baselines.
- Tracking of actual costs both for internal and external expenditures against the cost control structures.
- Tracking and controlling project accruals and commitments against set budget constraints.
- Building project forecast to include for estimated work to complete (ETC) and the development of the estimate at complete (EAC).
- Reporting of all project information including earned value management.
- Tracking project contingency and exposure associated with risk events and remaining risks on the project.
- Tracking project change control to ensure alignment with agreed baselines and control data structures.
- Tracking key project trends which can inform future change controls.
