Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled Construction Engineer - Offshore to join our team. As a Construction Engineer - Offshore, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities for offshore projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate construction activities for offshore projects
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying any potential issues or delays
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Review and approve contractor submittals, including drawings, material specifications, and method statements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with offshore installation and marine operations teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in offshore construction
- Strong technical knowledge of construction principles and practices for offshore projects
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate offshore construction projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for offshore construction
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience with offshore installation and marine operations is preferred
