The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in automation and control systems within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other automation technologies. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing automation team. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement. - Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards related to automation and safety. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
