A facilities services company is looking for a housekeeping supervisor for its services for retail clients (villas, apartments, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Over 5 years of experience working as a housekeeping supervisor for a hotel in the GCC.
- Speaks, understands & writes English and speaks intermediate Arabic.
- Driving license is a must.

Job responsibilities:

- Manage the daily activities of the retail services team, includes soft-services (such as deep cleaning, pest control, etc.) for different types of properties.
- Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction and high standards of service.
- Training & orientation of the team and planning before the performance of services each time.
- Purchase, order, maintain and issue (to staff) supplies and inventory.
- Recruit, schedule and train all new team members.
- Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals.
- Perform cleaning and other duties when there is a staff shortage.
- Prepare reports.
- To adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, monthly team meetings.
- Ensure that housekeeping staff wear the correct uniform and name badges at all times whilst on duty.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Establish standards and procedures for work.
- Recommend service improvements to the management.
- Monitor and maintain good working relations with suppliers, vendors and contractors.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment; make arrangements for repairand/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
- Updating the completion reports of each job order on the system.
- Liaise with customer service and other departments to ensure smooth operations are carried out

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- Saudi driving license? (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
