Monitor and analyze network performance for availability, throughput, and latency and take necessary action to improve these factors.**
- ** Troubleshoot network problems and liaise with vendors, if required.**
- ** Good understanding of IP Telephony.**
- ** Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.**
- ** Implement security software and tools to ensure maximum security from outside threats.**
- ** Administer the creation, operation, modification, and deletion of usernames and passwords of employees in the specified system and servers.**
- ** Manage the internal IT Backup (System Backup, Server Backup, Individual data backups) and disaster recovery.**
- ** Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot network & systems problems.**
- ** Should be able to design a complete network layout for new infrastructure setup.**
- ** Set up and configure servers and virtual machines**
- ** Manage on-premises and cloud storage systems**
- ** Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.**
- ** Perform system updates, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.**
- ** Conduct training sessions for users on various IT tools and systems.**
- ** Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security standards.**
- ** Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage stock levels.**

**Qualifications**
- **
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.**
- ** Proven 2 years minimum experience as an IT Infrastructure or similar role.**
- ** Familiarity with network troubleshooting and advanced network concepts.**
- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
- ** Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Certification would be a plus.**
