You support our team as RELIABILITY ENGINEER **Responsibilities**: - Manage on-site activities related to Mechanical Seals. - Act as a liaison between customers and the EB office for seal repair coordination. - Perform Mechanical Seal troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) with support from Application Engineering. - Prepare and submit regular progress reports (weekly/monthly). - Engage with various customer departments and participate in technical meetings. - Support the immediate superior in ensuring efficient workshop operations and timely delivery. - Oversee smooth workshop operations in collaboration with service staff. - Assign tasks and work closely with service technicians. - Contribute actively to inventory management. - Utilize EB ERP systems such as SealCarePro and SAP ByD effectively. - Prepare Initial and Final Inspection Reports. - Measure competitor seal parts, prepare drawings, and share them with Application Engineering.**Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. - Minimum 3-7 years technical experience working in the Mechanical Seal Industry with experience in service and on site activities. - Have a good knowledge of Centrifugal Pumps, Agitators, Mixers, Blowers. - A fair awareness of Centrifugal Compressors will be an added benefit. - Have a good knowledge of Wet Mechanical Seals, Supply Systems and API 682 Standards. - A fair knowledge of ANSI, Engineering Drawings, Limits & Fits Tolerances, etc. - Ability to independently install mechanical seals. - Ability to carry out mid-level trouble shooting at site. - Good command over spoken and written English. A knowledge of spoken Arabic will be an advantage. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (MS Office, Document Management, etc.) The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
