Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Director**:

- **Architectural Façades **to join our team

In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of façade projects.

The role involves managing teams, ensuring design integrity, and liaising with client and stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions

You will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a mixture of world-class commercial offices, hotels, retail spaces, and contemporary residences in addition to smart city solutions that redefine urban living.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Provides direction and management for small to medium-sized projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. The Project Director is responsible for the scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle. The role involves planning, executing, and closing of façade projects. Coordination of various stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines and ensure the successful implementation of façade design.
- Lead the design activities, ensuring the engineering and the design of building exteriors in conformance with the project specifications and client requirements, coordination with architects and/or design consultants, overseeing the development of façade concepts, and ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Overseeing the on-site construction process. Coordinate with contractors, manage schedule, and ensure that façade installations align with design specifications and safety standards. Knowledge of the business and financial aspect of projects not limited to contracts, budgets, and procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. The role involves negotiation, risk management, and maintaining positive client relationships to contribute to the overall success of construction endeavors.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and typically 20+ years of related work experience is required. Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background. Professional registration may also be required.

**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required. In addition, must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
