Job Description:
At coto, we are seeking a passionate Market Expansion Specialist with a strong background in sales and marketing and growth within the health, health tech, consumer tech, and women's health sectors to lead our strategic initiatives for expanding our digital consultation services into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

This role encompasses competitor analysis, product and social media localization, category development, community building, and managing key demand and supply partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Competitor Analysis: Perform detailed research on the category - women’s health, community, to gauge strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.

Product Localization: Tailor our digital platform and services to the cultural nuances and consumer preferences specific to the KSA market.

Category Development: Leverage market research and local insights to identify and develop key consultation categories.

Community Building: Facilitate the establishment and growth of expert-led communities using insights from Egyptian experts in relevant categories.

Expert Recruitment and Onboarding: Scout, vet, and integrate KSA-based experts in alignment with our platform’s standards and values.

Event Management: Organize online and potential offline events to boost community engagement and introduce our services.

Advisory Board Coordination: Help in setting up and managing an advisory board composed of community leaders and experts from KSA.

Partnership Management: Forge and oversee strategic demand and supply partnerships with local entities to enhance our service offerings and expand our user base.

Growth Initiatives: Drive growth strategies, monitor market trends, and adjust tactics to maximize reach and penetration in the KSA market.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields.
At least 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in health, health tech, consumer tech, or women's health sectors within the KSA market.
Proven track record in developing and executing growth-focused strategies that enhance market presence and business scalability.
Strong understanding of cultural dynamics and consumer behavior in KSA.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
Fluency in Najdi and/or Hejazi Arabic and English is essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultural backgrounds.
