**Job Description summary**:
To manage, develop and deliver the full range of Training and Development products and services to meet company needs for the mobilization, maintenance readiness and steady-state operations within our Riyadh Metro maintenance organization.

**Accountabilities**
- Management of training, learning and competency evaluation processes.
- Understanding the clients’ training requirements and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including training vendors to ensure effective training delivery and competency management for the Transit System Maintenance staff.
- Evaluate the performance of training, trainers and retraining activities and identify opportunities to develop and deliver new courses in response to business needs.
- Arrange tests and assessment of staff and ensure the use of updated training material.
- Ensure the training and competency management aspects throughout the O&M organization.
- Set clear training & development objectives to drive year on year performance improvements.
- Organize an annual training calendar to derive the annual programme of training and workshops.
- Keep abreast of training trends, methods, tools, developments and best practices that can be applied to achieve learning that is more effective and use this knowledge to propose innovative modes of delivery.
- Design blended training materials, courses and programmes and produce related training materials.
- Plan, manage and maintain training related records.
- Any other duties commensurate with the post that could be reasonably required.
- Contribute to maintain the company’s safety, quality and environment management system.

- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.

**Education / Qualifications**

Master/Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field (Business Administration, Management, Education, Social Sciences, etc.).

**Languages**

Command of oral and written English and Arabic
