**Nestlé Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Riyadh Industrial Area)**

**Position Summary**

KSA Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Manager is responsible to enhance and strengthen Nestlé Water's corporate reputation with external and internal stakeholders; provide functional Sustainability leadership framework in KSA; build recognition of Nestlé Waters as a leader in sustainability; create aligned corprate with Nestle and the local government rules and regulations in regards of sustainability.

**Key responisblilties**:

- Develop & execute the governance & roadmap for Nestle Waters Sustainability commitments with projects in place.
- Lead and implement sustainability projects and initiatives that enhace plastic packaging circularity, including collection and recycling.
- Represent Nestle Waters in industry-led sustainability associations on Nestle Waters sustainability topics, with authorities and Identify and monitor public issues which influence public perception.
- Drive the implementation of water stewardship initiatives and certifications.
- Supervise, lead, and facilitate carbon reduction and removal initiatives and programs to progress towards Nestle's Net Zero Roadmap.
- Mobilize internal and external networks to manage and mitigate issues, including identifying and monitor public issues which influence public perceptions with regards to sustainability.
- Implement water regeneration projects through stakeholder engagement programs, including external stakeholder and community engagement.
- Manage and control the Nestle Waters sustainability budget.
- Lead research and analysis used to develop corporate sustainability strategies to ensure that business practices, products, and services are sustainable and aligned with Nestle and the local government rules and regulations.
- Propose and implement strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, waste reduction, recycling, and general education and training on sustainability topics.

**Key Experiences**:

- 5+ years relevant experience in leading sustainability and ESG with a Communications background, preferably in Bottled Water, FMCG / beverage incl. Nestlé, relevant trade associations or authorities. Environmental and social governance.
- Developed experience in Corporate Affairs. Developed experience in successful stakeholder engagement and credible, robust Sustainability programmes. Experienced spokesperson. Developed understanding of Bottled Water sustainability challenges and opportunities.Good understanding of national regulations, policies and direction.
- Developed experience in building and implementing strategy in influencing projects, including working with and influencing internal/ external stakeholders/ media/ NGOs/ Partners/ Community projects.
- Experience in employee engagement and change management programmes.
- Experience working in an international scope, together with a demonstrated ability to manage people and drive change in a matrix organisation. Soft skills are critical to success, so capability to relate to and engage people of diverse cultural backgrounds and multiple functions is key.
- Developed experience in multiple project management, with time and resource pressure. Exceptional organisational skills and execution of programmes. Results focused.
