We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our interior design. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our design projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site project activities, collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs are brought to life seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**:
**On-Site Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure that interior design activities align with design specifications and timelines.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of workmanship, materials, and finishes, maintaining adherence to design standards.

**Problem Resolution**: Identify and address on-site challenges promptly, providing effective solutions to ensure project progress and quality standards are maintained.

**Communication**: Serve as a liaison between the design team, project managers, and on-site contractors, facilitating clear and open communication to ensure project objectives are met.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of on-site activities, including progress reports, issues, and resolutions.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all on-site activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel involved.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer in an interior design industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Proficient in relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
