Senior Lawyer

The Role
**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and corporate governance. - Strong knowledge of the legal landscape in Saudi Arabia and relevant international laws. - Excellent negotiation skills and experience in drafting and reviewing legal documentation. - Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and providing strategic legal counsel. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. - Ideally admitted in Saudi Arabia but if not fluency in Arabic and English is required. - MUST be based in Saudi Arabia.
