**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Senior Road Engineer is responsible for leading engineering design activities to meet the company’s objectives for delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients.

Giving guidance and directions to team members including Junior engineers and designers /BIM modelers. Ensuring the implementation of company system and standards.

Leading the communication with client technical team as well as internal communications with other disciplines. Supporting in creating LOD.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality design and execution of projects.
- Collaborate with other department leads, project managers, and clients to develop integrated engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the department.
- A strong emphasis on expertise in codes and standards. ensuring high-quality deliverables for client consultancy services.

- Implementation of ground rules.
- Timely and successful delivery resulted on overall high quality KPI.
- Implementation of innovative engineering solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Productivity of belonging team members.
- Quality of works and getting approval from minimum numbers of review cycle for any submittal stage.
- Implementations of company standards and relevant norms.
