**Purchasing Rep** **For IMMEDIATE Hiring** **A Start-up Catering Company based on Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire A "Purchasing Rep" as following;** **Requirements;** - Must have Experience 1-2 years in Purchasing Field (preferable the food / catering field) - Aware with Saudi market and able to join immediately - Must have driving license (Having car is a plus) **Job Description;** **1.** Bring quotes and negotiate with suppliers. 2. Buy & find stuff like food, fruits, vegetables.. etc **3.** Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with organizational units to provide various requirements **4.** Refer to the stores to check the balance of the sad before executing the purchase order. **5.** Execution of purchase orders received by him, as well as all operating orders. **6.** Preparing and updating suppliers ' data on an ongoing basis. **Skills;** **1.** Save and recall documents and documents **2.** Effective communication and information communication skills for specialists and non-specialists **3.** The ability to complete and perform more than one job at a time without confusion **4.** Negotiation skills and dealing with suppliers professionally **5.** Arabic language is preferable and a good level of English. **Salary; 4000 - 5000 Saudi Riyal** **Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
