**Utilize their infrastructure and expertise in delivering high-quality specialized educational programs to ensure effective development and recruiting of Saudi students (Youth Talent Identification and Development)**

**Harness partnerships with leading local, regional and international companies to support the development of the desired competencies through secondments, internships, and/or exchange programs**

**Focus on upskilling of safety competency within Ma’aden**
