**Responsibilities**:

- Sending graphics & content requests to the creative team
- Tracking and analyzing campaign results and suggesting improvements
- Create and update CRM Reports and Insights considering the mains KPI’s, such as open rate, click through, conversion and bounce rates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Familiarity with marketing automation and performance evaluation platforms
- Excellent analytical skills
- Native Arabic & excellent English written and verbal communication skills
