Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used in dr. CAFÉ run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic equipment.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE**
- The Maintenance Managers are critical members of dr.CAFE® team and responsible for keeping our buildings / Stores et.. in the top-notch condition our high-end customers have come to expect.
- Maintenance Manager is to provide leadership, management, and development of a defined group of contracts ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded - Ensure staffing structure and levels operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
- Ensure that dr.CAFE® Health and Safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both the dr.CAFE® and subcontractor activities, and that they are regularly reviewed.
- The Maintenance Manager must have proven managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level within a technical or and or Hard Services area.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**
- The Maintenance Manager must be a team player and have the ability to travel and stay overnight as some overnight stays or overnight job may be required.
- Under general direction, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all dr.CAFE® stores includes buildings and materials.
- This position has primary responsibility for the operation and maintenance of dr.CAFE®. This class is distinguished for its overall responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the entire project system.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education ideally to HND level, and able to demonstrate a career with continuous personal development ideally and essential delivery of wider facilities management services.
- 2 or more years of maintenance, construction or related experience - multi-family experience preferred
- 2 or more years of experience managing at least two direct reports
- Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
- Practical experience must include project & construction line management experience.
- Must be computer literate, be organized, able to priorities and deliver within high pressure business critical environments.
- The Maintenance Manager must be a team player and have the ability to travel and stay overnight as some overnight stays may be required.

- Ability to work some weekends on a rotating schedule
