**Partner with the best**

As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor you will primarily be responsible for the execution of coiled tubing operations at the wellsite to to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client’s and Company’s satisfaction.

As a coiled tubing supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment
- Communicating with various clients on location as the main focal point responsible for the coiled tubing crew
- Performing checks of equipment required for coiled tubing operational readiness
- Ensuring all operational, competencies, HSE, service deliveries KPI are met for job preparation and execution
- Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to the team to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed
- Adhering and ensuring assigned coiled tubing packages are maintained with flawless housekeeping including, but not limited to, overall condition, inventory, repair orders
- Leading the entire crew on location for coiled tubing operations

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a two year technical degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience in oilfield coiled tubing operations and services
- Have strong written and oral communication skills
- Have strong customer service skills
- Show extensive experience as coiled tubing operator and coiled tubing supervisor
