The Brand Manager will be leading the Saudi prelaunch and launch activities for Neuroscience. The individual will be responsible to deliver the business objectives by establishing clear strategic priorities based on consumer insights, implementation of key tactics and spearheading innovation through internal and external benchmarking in this area.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for strong cross functional collaboration to drive brand strategy, implementation, and execution all while ensuring Lilly’s core value of results with integrity is maintained. The individual will be required to work with key global and regional stakeholders as well.

Leaning on specialized depth and breadth in strategy development, and operational excellence, this role will require complex decision-making given the significant opportunity and rewarding business challenges ahead.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Business/ Sciences)
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience
- Ability to work across a dynamic cross-functional team.
- 1+ year marketing experience is a must

**Additional Skills/Preferences**:

- Experience in launching new brands or new indications is a plus.
- Proficient in English,
- Proficiency in Arabic a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible for initiating, collaborating, and implementing promotional activities and projects in line with the strategic customer plans.
- Train and coach the sales force, in close collaboration with sales management, to equip the team for optimal implementation.

- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to understand and maintain focus on the big picture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the cross-functional team (CFT) to develop and implement customer plans, launch preparations, launch readiness sessions, operational activities for Alzheimer’s Disease.
- Be part of the business planning process.
- Work with various global and regional to ensure alignment on strategy and strategic initiatives for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate to develop TL Mapping and Engagement plans for Alzheimer’s Disease
- Conduct influence mapping and create engagement plans for HCP influencers. Assess partnership external partners/societies who can further our strategic initiatives.
- Work with the ecosystem manager to develop and enhance the Alzheimer's disease diagnostics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Work with Corporate Affairs to develop and implement environmental shaping activities based on affiliate archetype.
- Develop operational plans and TP activities that increase deep touch points, work with MCE to expand and develop SOA partnerships.
- Achieve Brand Health goals and annual targets, manage OPEX to help ensure the company achieves its annual goals.
