**General**
- Manage a team of 4-8 Finance professionals; create an environment where people can continuously develop in terms of skills and knowledge, including by having frequent interactions with stakeholders in other functions across the bank
- Coordinate and deliver the mid-term strategic and financial budgeting process for consolidated bank, business lines, entities, products, functions and customer profitability level
- Coordinate and deliver timely and accurate financial management reporting to senior management of the Bank, it’s Business Lines, Product Groups and Support Divisions, adhering to laid down policies, procedures and accounting principles
- Monitor financial performance at the level of the Bank, Business Lines & support functions, products as well as customer profitability versus the approved budget. And analyze the Bank’s financial performance compared to market peers; align on areas of action with business stakeholders and take an advising role in this respect
- Coordinate and manage project delivery related to Enterprise Performance Management

**Reporting**
- Oversee the preparation of regular and ad hoc performance reporting to senior management of the bank
- Prepare presentations to board and executive committee of the bank and to senior management of the business lines and functions; including business analysis and commentary
- Support in preparing and providing various reports as required by regulators (SAMA, CMA etc.)
- Oversee the process of customer profitability analysis; ensure accuracy of business line & product profitability

**Annual Budget**
- Owner of the mid-term strategic and financial budgeting process; responsible for process design and process improvement
- Owner of Funds Transfer Pricing Policy (FTP) and capital and income sharing policies that are embedded in the budgeting and reporting of actual results
- Support the Business Lines and support divisions in the preparation of their annual Budgets through budget guidelines and by testing the functionality of the Budget System
- Build the budget via frequent exchange of information and interactions with the involved stakeholders of the business lines and functions and the senior management of the bank

**Control environment**
- Responsible to maintain an effective control environment which includes the design and testing of key controls for the main processes e.g. segregation of duties (maker/checker), analytical reviews and reconciliations to General Ledger and across reporting dimensions.

- Qualified Accountancy certification preferred
- In depth knowledge of banking products and banking environment including funds transfer pricing (FTP)
- In depth knowledge of Accounting standards & treatments
- 7+ years’ experience in the related environment
