Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Reporting**Specialist**to join our team In this role you will get to **collect, analyzing, and presenting data through detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making and monitor business performance.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Data Collection & Analysis**:

- Gather data from multiple internal systems, databases, and sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
- Validate data for accuracy and consistency before report generation.

**Report Preparation & Presentation**:

- Design, develop, and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders.
- Create clear and concise visual reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Tailor reports to meet the specific needs of different departments or senior management.

**Reporting Systems & Tools**:

- Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to automate and streamline the report creation process.
- Maintain and improve reporting templates to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reports.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Respond to requests for customized reports and data analysis.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of report generation processes and datasets.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and reporting standards.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
